Cancellation Policy

Mobile Nail Trim Booking Policies Mobile nail trim appointments are provided curbside from our grooming van. An adult (18+) must be present at the service address at the time of the appointment. Appointment Window: Mobile services are scheduled within a time window, not an exact minute. Traffic, weather, and previous appointments may affect arrival time. Clients will be notified when the groomer is en route. Service Area & Access: Client must provide a safe, legal parking space for the grooming van close to the service address. If parking is unavailable, unsafe, or restricted, the appointment may be canceled and subject to the cancellation fee. Pet Handling & Safety: Pets must be reasonably clean and able to be safely handled. Severely aggressive, highly stressed, or unsafe pets may be refused service for the safety of the pet and groomer. Muzzles may be used when necessary. We do not perform sedated or medical nail trims. Aggressive or Difficult Pets: Excessively difficult or aggressive pets may be subject to an additional handling fee or refusal of service if safety is compromised. Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service price. Failure to appear for your appointment or not having the pet available at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show. Weather Policy: Mobile services may be rescheduled due to extreme heat, storms, or unsafe driving conditions. Vaccination & Health: Pets must be current on rabies vaccination and free of contagious conditions. Please notify us of any medical, behavioral, or mobility issues prior to your appointment. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking. Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if the pet’s behavior, environment, or condition is unsafe. By booking a mobile nail trim appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
