We have worked diligently over the past 20 years to develop strong partnerships with our chosen brands. We utilize products exclusively through Hyponic Pro Line, iGroom Pro line, Zymox, Espree Deep Conditioning Mud Bath, Chris Chritstensen, OPAWZ Pet SAFE color products.

NOTE:
All services include a bath with luxury products, nails trimmed/filed, ears cleaned. Ear plucking when necessary - unless ears are infected - then the pet will need to see the vet for removal.
Matted pets which require shaving before bath are subject to additional fee of $50 to $100 - shaving matted pets is extremely dangerous and time consuming.
Specialty trims such as Asian Fusion and longer more technical trims are priced individually according to time and coat needs.
There is no one size fits all pricing as every animal and owner is unique. We reserve the right to charge each pet according to the time and skill required to deliver the trim.
Process
Not all groomers are created equal, and we pride ourselves in setting the bar for high-end grooming services. Always leading with compassion and respect! Grooming can be quite scary for pets and owners alike! At That Crazy Dog Lady, we take the extra step to comfort and train each client to accept the grooming process. Our goal is ALWAYS comfort for the pet!
We offer 1:1 grooming appointments in a kennel free setting. This means that our appointments are complete in less than 2 hours for most pets, ensuring that your dog not endure excess stress while waiting for other clients to finish.
Our grooming prices are fair and reflective of the quality of service and we stand by our grooms! We will redo a trim that does not meet client expectations in situations where the animal is not matted or overly stressed by the process.
Because compassion is our goal - any matted pets, not on a regular 8 week schedule, will be SHAVED in order to provide the least stressful experience possible. Dogs that are not groomed regularly quite simply do not have the coping skills to endure the brushing and blow-drying required to dematt.
Policies
To ensure the safety and comfort of all pets and staff, we require the following policies to be observed:
Vaccinations

All pets must be current on rabies vaccination as required by Arizona state law.

Proof of vaccination may be required prior to or at the time of service.
Appointment & Check-In

Pets must arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Pick-Up Policy

All pets must be picked up no later than 3:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made.

Pets not picked up by closing time may be subject to a late pickup fee.
Health & Behavior

Owners must disclose any known medical conditions, skin issues, injuries, or behavioral concerns (biting, anxiety, seizures, etc.) at check-in.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a pet’s condition or behavior poses a safety risk to itself, other pets, or staff.
Matting & Coat Condition

Severely matted pets will be given the most humane haircut possible, which may be shorter than requested.

Additional fees may apply for excessive matting or handling time.

We are not responsible for pre-existing skin irritation, matting-related issues, or clipper irritation caused by severely matted coats.
Senior, Special Needs & Aggressive Pets

Extra time and care are required for senior or special-needs pets and may result in additional charges.

Aggressive or highly stressed pets may be refused service or referred to a veterinarian groomer.
Fleas & Parasites

Pets with visible fleas or parasites may be refused service or treated at the owner’s expense.
Payment
-
Payment is due at the time of pick-up.

Prices may vary based on coat condition, behavior, and time required to complete the groom.
Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a 50% service fee.
Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or owner for any reason, at any time, in the interest of safety.
