Our self-service dog wash is designed to make bath time easier, cleaner, and less stressful — for both you and your dog. We provide the tubs, shampoo, towels, dryers, and clean-up supplies… you provide the love and the hands-on care.

To ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone, we ask that all guests follow the policies below.

 

Health & Vaccination Requirements

• All dogs must be current on rabies vaccination in accordance with Arizona state law.

• Dogs must be in generally good health and free from contagious conditions.

• Dogs with open wounds, active skin infections, or visible illness may be refused service.

 

These policies exist to protect your dog, other dogs, and our shared space.

 

Leashes, Handling & Supervision

• Dogs must remain leashed and under owner control at all times while inside the facility.

• Owners are fully responsible for the safe handling and restraint of their dogs during the wash process.

• Children must be supervised at all times and may not handle dogs without adult assistance.

 

We want the environment to stay calm and safe for all dogs using the space.

 

Behavior & Stress Levels

• Dogs showing aggressive behavior or extreme stress may be refused or asked to discontinue use of the self-service wash.

• We reserve the right to stop a wash session if a dog’s behavior creates a safety concern.

 

Our priority is always the well-being of the dog first.

 

Time Limits & Courtesy

• Each self-service wash session is limited to 1 hour per dog.

• Please be mindful of other guests waiting to use the wash stations.

• During busy times, staff may enforce time limits to ensure fair use for all customers.

 

This helps us provide fair access and maintain a smooth flow throughout the day.

 

Clean-Up Responsibility

 

Our self-service wash works because everyone helps keep it clean.

Owners are responsible for:

• Removing excess hair from tubs and drains

• Wiping down surfaces used

• Disposing of trash properly

 

Cleaning supplies are provided, and our staff is always happy to explain proper clean-up procedures if needed.

 

Equipment & Product Use

• All equipment must be used as intended and with care.

• High-velocity dryers should never be directed at a dog’s face, ears, or sensitive areas.

• Shampoos and products provided are for on-site use only and may not be removed from the facility.

Fleas & Parasites

• Dogs with visible fleas or parasites may be refused service or required to use flea-specific products at the owner’s expense.

 

This helps protect other dogs and keeps our facility sanitary.

 

Private Room Option for Anxious Pets

 

 

For dogs who are anxious, reactive, easily overstimulated, or simply need a quieter environment, we offer a private self-service room r

rental when available.

 

This option allows your dog to be washed in a more controlled, low-distraction setting while still using our self-service equipment and supplies.

Accidents & Damage

 

Owners are financially responsible for any damage caused by their dog to equipment, fixtures, or property.

 

Right to Refuse Service

 

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue self-service use to any dog or owner at any time, for any reason, in the interest of safety.

This space exists so you can wash your dog without destroying your bathroom — but more importantly, so dogs can be handled gently, respectfully, and safely while in our care.
